How to Play ReignFree Trivia
ReignFree is a fast multiplayer trivia game you play together on whatever devices are already in the room. One host, a shared screen, and a phone in every player's hand — that's the whole setup.
1. The host opens a room
One person hosts. They pick a ready-made category (movies, music, history, and more) or type a topic to generate a custom round. The host's screen shows a four-letter room code and a QR code.
2. Players join from their phones
Players scan the QR code or open reignfree.dev and type the 4-letter code. No app install. No signup. They pick a name and they're in.
3. Everyone answers in real time
Each question shows on the host's screen with a 15-second timer. Players tap their answer on their own phone. Faster correct answers score more.
4. Leaderboard at the end
After the round, ReignFree shows the podium with final scores and an optional review of every question. Start another round with the same group or change the topic in seconds.
Ready-made vs custom rounds
Ready-made rounds are curated categories — fast to launch and always free. Custom rounds let you type any topic ("Studio Ghibli films," "Chapter 4 of The Outsiders," "our company's 2025 product launches") and ReignFree generates a playable round on the spot.
