Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your ReignFree account and its associated data (saved packs, gameplay history, profile) at any time. Requests are processed in two stages so that finished games stay coherent for the other players who took part.

What happens immediately

• Your push notification subscriptions and in-app notifications are deleted.
• Your packs are unpublished from the public library, wall boards, and share pages.
• Your profile display name, handle, avatar, and initials are cleared.
• Your name on shared game records (wall scores, room seats) is replaced with "Deleted player".

What happens next

• Your request is recorded and queued. We then remove your login account and remaining account-linked records.
• Requests are reviewed and typically completed within 30 days, unless legal, security, accounting retention or an abuse investigation requires longer.
• Anonymized gameplay rows for completed games may remain so other players' results and leaderboards are not corrupted.
• Deleting your account removes or anonymizes your gameplay, profile and account data. A limited record of the deletion request itself is kept so we can prove the request was handled.

Billing, entitlement, payment-status, security and abuse records may be retained where required for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
