Refund Policy

ReignFree Trivia offers two paid options: a one-time 24-hour Day Pass ($1.99) and a recurring Monthly Max subscription ($5/month).

Day Pass

Non-refundable once purchased, as it grants immediate access to unlimited custom-round generation for the 24-hour period.

Monthly Max

You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide partial-month refunds for early cancellation.

Exceptions

If you're charged in error, or a technical failure prevented you from using what you paid for, contact support@reignfree.dev and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
