ReignFree Trivia is operated by SwanSky Creatives LLC. Hosts create trivia rounds from topics they supply, so some content on ReignFree is user-generated. We respond to good-faith reports of copyright and trademark infringement.

Report infringing content

Use the Report content control on the pack or page in question, or email support@reignfree.dev with the subject "Copyright notice". A complete notice includes:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the work you believe is infringed.
• The ReignFree URL, pack link, or room code where it appears.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay action. Knowingly false notices can carry liability under applicable law.

This section is maintained by the operator and will be updated with the registered agent's mailing details. Until then, email is the fastest and monitored route.

What we do with a notice

We review reports and may remove or hide the content, unpublish a pack from public surfaces, block a topic from generation, restrict or terminate the account involved, and notify the person who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court; and your signature. Where the law requires it, we may restore the content after a waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of infringement reports per account. Accounts that receive repeated substantiated reports may lose access to custom generation, public pack publishing, or the service entirely.

Trademark and impersonation

For trademark misuse, brand impersonation, or impersonation of a person, email support@reignfree.dev with the subject "Trademark notice" and include the mark, its registration details if any, and where it appears on ReignFree.

Third-party names

ReignFree is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any franchise, brand, show, film, game, sports league, or public figure a host may reference in a custom topic. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
